(More customer reviews)I hate to be the first to review--negatively-- but feel I have to share that this phone is probably the worst cordless phone we've ever owned. We needed a 2-line cordless and this was our only choice at the office store we purchased from.
There is NOTHING intuitive about this phone. We've owned it for 10 weeks and I still don't know how to work the caller id or redial a phone number! One of these days I'll learn but I will literally have to get the book out and spend time with the manual to learn how to do the most BASIC of tasks! I'm not an idiot, either. This phone is loaded down with "clunk" that is worse than useless...
Also, we hate using this phone to talk. It feels "cheap" and the sound quality is poor.
Bad, bad investment!

My husband has MS and it was critical that he has handsets in multiple places in our home This year, when one handset broke, I was shocked to find that AT&T was charging almost what I paid the the entire system for a single handset! The refurbished handset I purchased on Amazon works like a charm. Thanks.

Battery does not last as long as they say.
They say that it works up to 30 feet away. It started droping out around 3 feet and by 6 feet it was all static.
Also it is hard to hear, not loud enough.
I returned it and got the Jabra Freespeak that is less and works GREAT. Good range, easy to hear and smaller.

(More customer reviews)After a day of use i decided to return these. This is just a very basic newbie's review, so no flaming.
First off the good then bad,
Pros: very good theater sound (bass...), wireless technology worked on my ipad and computer so i was able to get good audio, has good range (yes it works through walls), smells like leather and good feeling?
Cons: Ear cups don't really cover ears and are hard pressing against skull, which makes them uncomfortable after an hour or less. Transmitter must be connected to a power source , either through usb or wall charger (included), would have been good if they added some type of battery run solution to it. The worst part is that since it's wireless runs on 2.4ghz it interfered with my wifi and with other wireless peripherals (Microsoft mouse 4000). For instance, when i plugged the transmitter into my laptop, my wireless speed dropped from 26mbps to .2mbps. When i use my wireless mouse, I loose internet connection on my laptop. So until their is another solution, I don't see this working.

This system is by far a more complete system with the 4 handsets plus regular features that are fairly standard like answer machine. A big selling factor with the purchase of this set is the "Waterproof Handset". I carry a phone with me outside, and have had one in reach by the pool so this handset will probably become a summertime favorite. I am very satisfied with my purchase, the feel when handling the headsets, lightweight and comfortable. Reception is excellent. I would highly recommend this for consideration to anyone looking for a multi-handset cordless phone system at a better then competative price and the benefit of the Waterproof Handset made my purchase decision easy.
