(More customer reviews)OK- The first one had to be sent back, but Cisco did an overnight swap. After that this is hands down the coolest phone ever. The only thing I think they could change is offer a cordless handset that can be placed in a different room. Being able to have a bluetooth headset at my office desk is the best thing since sliced bread.
To sum it all up in two words: BUY THIS PHONE!
