(More customer reviews)This phone is a great product. The combination of handset and headset that RCA has come up with works great and no one else seems to be doing quite the same thing. My wife works from home and had one of these that she used for quite a while. It finally got dropped enough that the LCD became intermittent so she needed a new one. We looked for something in the price range that would serve the same function and this was all we could find. We've had the old one for a couple of years so I thought they might not make it any more. Happily RCA still makes this and we bought a second one. The old unit is still in service on the home phone instead of the work phone.
