(More customer reviews)I should have bought a phone-with-answering machine, rather than messaging service. For my use, the service is less convenient: have to dial 12 digits rather than none (at home) or 7 (remote), can't hear the caller's message as it's given (when I'm in another part of the house and can't get to the phone, or I just don't want to talk right then) and have to go to the phone and dial . . .. Nuisance. The shape of the phone is not easy to hold and manipulate. Worst of all, they sent black cords with a white phone! Who does that?!
