(More customer reviews)This phone requires a little set up and is terrific for the hearing impaired. My wife had brain surgery and lost the hearing in her left ear. This phone has been very helpful in allowing her to hear better on the phone. I don't know how it would work with an extreme hearing loss in both ears, but for her it works great. The amplification is loud and even on the speaker phone, the sound is clear. Great product!
