(More customer reviews)I bought this phone for an elderly relative who is both hard of hearing and has memory issues. While the phone does amplify adequately, it requires you to push a boost button every time you receive a call in order to turn on the amplification. This was not acceptable in our situation nor was it mentioned in the description of the product. I called the manufacturer and they told me that their higher end models have an override capability in which you can leave the amplification on permanently. This phone also does not have any speed dial buttons. I had to return this phone and get a different model.
