(More customer reviews)I absolutely HATED this product. I found it really hard to set it up and get the phone to take to skype. Everytime I walked more than 2 feet away from the base, the phone would cut out and I had to go back and sit right up in front of the base. Plus, if the computer turned on the screen saver, my call would be dropped. This just did not provide the freedom I was hoping for. The phone also constantly did not work when it came to dialing straight from the phone. I had to click on the name on the computer and dial. We only used it twice, I would have rather spent more money for a better skype phone.
