(More customer reviews)I hate to be the first to review--negatively-- but feel I have to share that this phone is probably the worst cordless phone we've ever owned. We needed a 2-line cordless and this was our only choice at the office store we purchased from.
There is NOTHING intuitive about this phone. We've owned it for 10 weeks and I still don't know how to work the caller id or redial a phone number! One of these days I'll learn but I will literally have to get the book out and spend time with the manual to learn how to do the most BASIC of tasks! I'm not an idiot, either. This phone is loaded down with "clunk" that is worse than useless...
Also, we hate using this phone to talk. It feels "cheap" and the sound quality is poor.
