This is one of the best ipod accessory purchases I've made. The sound quality is better than my ibuds that came with the ipod, and I love not having a wire connecting me to my ipod. The initial pairing to my ipod and palm treo 800 was very easy and it works well for the most part. The only fault I have noticed is the transitioning after completing a call the headset sometimes doesn't transition back to the ipod without me unplugging and replugging the transceiver back into the ipod. This doesn't happen all the time, but I have noticed this happen more than once and I've own this headset for only about a week-I'm not sure if this is the headset or if it is my dumb phone, probably the phone as I have had numerous problems with the treo 800w. The headphones are very comfortable and the remote on the headset works great. You can pause, play, search, skip all from the headset- no problems with that. The range on the headset is about 15 feet depending on where you're at and the amount of interference in the area. The battery life is something that I haven't tested, but the manual suggests that it is 16 hours, but I highly doubt that. Everyone will have you believe that their product runs for double what it is capable of-the people at apple would like you to believe their ipods video will play for 6 hours, but in actuality it will run 3 1/2 to 4 hours on a full charge. But, overall the headset is great. I'm trying to figure out if I can pair it to my computer, so I can talk on skype. I'll have to tinker with it some more.

Mini Two-way Stereo Handsfree Bluetooth Headphone, Headset (Support Song Playing and Selection), Compatible with Bluetooth V2.1, V2.0, V1.2 Review

I bought this for my HTC Aria (Liberty) so that I could listen to podcasts using my existing earbuds and accept the occasional call.
I was able to pair it successfully with Andriod without issues. My podcast app, DoggCatcher, allowed the device to pause and play. Volume control works. I was able to answer an incoming call and talk. Sound quality is better than expected, and it is perfectly adequate for podcasts, and it doesn't sound like music audio quality would be an issue.
I was not able to use the device to skip tracks in DoggCatcher, but I don't know if this is a problem with the device or the app.
The bundled earbuds were worthless and I immediately threw them away. I don't know why they bothered to include them.
I haven't been using it long enough to know if battery life will be an issue. I shouldn't have a problem plugging it in every night. If it doesn't last that long, then the needs for the obscure charger will make it hard for me to charge it at work or in the car, since I don't want to lug the charger with me.
I am experiencing the infamous Android Bluetooth audio skipping/lagging bug (Android Issue 2807) which makes using this device unbearable in some situations. I don't think that this device has anything to do with that bug, and I'm sure that other bluetooth devices will experience the same problem. It looks like this bug is close to being resolved.

Sleek Audio W-1 Wireless Earphone Transmitter (Black) Review

Sleek Audio W-1 Wireless Earphone Transmitter (Black)

I bought the W1 head set and paired it with the SA6 headphones and it worked tremendously. The sound quality was amazing better then any earbud type headset I have ever listened to. I used these multiple times a day between going to the gym and watching movies unless there was multiple solid objects in the way I never had any kinds of troubles. the wireless range on it was rather impressive (30feet or so)with no loss in sound quality. All in all I was very pleased, that is until they stopped working. The receiver decided one day that it was just not going to turn on or charge. I got a hold of Sleek and I was able to send the headset back and they will ship me a new one when they receive it.

Wow,
This product has blown me away. I have been using my own Sony ear buds and it sounds better than any portable I own. It pairs easily with everything such as my PC, phone, palm pilot and so on. the unit also has pre-defined audio profiles such as echo, live, max, normal and some others. The display is always indicating what's going on with it's controls, phone, battery, sound levels and more. It's also true, you can see the display in almost any environment. My callers reported no audio problems while I had it clipped to my shirt pocket. This unit can be paired and used with multiple devices too. The owners manual is very detailed and easy to follow with print that is actually large enough and easy to read. Such a shame that gems like these don't end up at the top of the search list; I had to hunt for this one. I'm sure glad I took the extra time to do my homework on buying a Bluetooth device this time around, cause, I have been very disappointed in the past. Comes supplied with micro usb cable for charging from your PC
Buy it, you'll love it!

Bought for IPOD touch 4th gen. and new IPAD. I bought two. Set up was simple and sound for me (I am not an audiophile) is very good.
An extra is the AC to USB charger included with each unit. I used the charger for other products.
For the money I think they are great

Sennheiser MX W1 In-Ear Totally Wireless Headphone with Digital High-Fidelity Stereo Sound Review

Sennheiser MX W1 In-Ear Totally Wireless Headphone with Digital High-Fidelity Stereo Sound
Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)
These headphones sound fantastic! They produce a well balanced sound across a wide frequency. Bass, mid range and treble all sound excellent. I haven't heard any distortion. Kleer definitely produces a crisp, clear sound and the headphones allow you to hear an incredible level of detail. I would have thought these were wired if I tested these blindfolded. Operation is simple. Activate the headphones, then activate the transmitter and you have sound!
There's quite a bit of innovation in one package. The transmitter is very small. About half the size of a gum package. It comes with a rubber band to strap it to a MP3 player. If you are in a clear space, you can walk quite a distance away from the transmitter. I was able to get 40 feet away without the audio cutting out. If you walk around walls or corners, it may cut out but if you are directly across, above or below the transmitter, through a wall, it comes in perfectly clear.
Twist to fit works fairly nice and the headphones feel comfortable. You may have problems jostling them loose if you have any jarring movements like running, but seems to handle walking on a treadmill quite well.
The transmitter can last for 10 hours on a single charge, the manual says the headphones last for 3 hours but I have had them run for up to 5 hours. You can charge the headphones in the charging dock three times while on the go but charging the headphones alone can take around several hours, plus or minus, depending on how run down they are. Battery life and charge time is the only true downside aside from the early adopter price.
Pros: Sound amazing, remote charging, comfortable.
Cons: Battery life, cost.

First of all Amazon has these listed under wireless headphones and when you look at them you see no sign of any wires...dont be fooled because these are wired headphones of VERY cheap construction. The ear buds are the size of Texas and the jack attachment for the mp3 player is poorly manufactured because you have to hold it just right to get it to work. I would not reccomend this product to anyone!

I've tried a number of different bluetooth headphones with my Droid X(in-ear and over-ear from Rocketfish, Moto S-10) and none really had enough pro's to keep them. Rocketfish over ear sytle sounded very good, but not terribly comfortable after an hour or so. RF in ear didn't sound that good and difficult wearing with a coat. Moto s-10 was very comfortable but sounded terrible. I gave these Moto's a try simply b/c of the price and somewhat favorable ratings.
Pros:
Comfort = best I have tested
Sound = tied for the best w/ RF over-ear.
Price = blows some of the more expensive headphones away
Cons:
Bluetooth connection can be spotty
Calls do sound a bit muffled (but that's not really why I got them)
Can't use GPS at the same time
It connected without issue to my phone. Nice touch controls on side. There is a connection quality issue with these though. I HAVE to turn my gps off on my phone in order to get uninterrupted sound. Once I do that, they work just fine (especially when I run). They also can get a little spotty on the sound when I put my phone in my pants pocket. Haven't quite figured out the rhyme or reason as to when this happens b/c it doesn't happen all the time. But hey, for around $40, I can definitely deal with those issues!
I would say this is a great headset for now until the bluetooth connections become a little more reliable, which I'm sure isn't too far off...

Logitech FreePulse Wireless Headphones - Headphones ( behind-the-neck ) - wireless - Bluetooth 2.0 EDR - black

So far, the ear loops are stay on my head just fine. Range is about 25 feet or so. Sound quality is excellent - zero static. I have only had mine for a few days, so I cannot address how well they last, but the sound quality is great. It isn't quite what you will get from normal plug-in headphones, but it is more than good enough for general purpose use where you don't want to be tied down by a cord and if you are in any type of a noisy environment you are unluckly to notice the difference.
The only problem I have had so far is they aren't super comfortable. The cushions on them are very thin which would suffice for most headphone, but since they basically are held onto your head by squeezing your head, the pressure combined with the hardness underneath the cushions is uncomfortable. I've tried bending the body wire some to lessen the tension, but even as they approach feeling loose, the hardness of the earpieces is still evidenent through pressure on my ears.
Follow up: several months later, these just quit working. So, I have moved on to motorokr's.

JBL Reference 610 Wireless Headphone (Black) Review

JBL Reference 610 Wireless Headphone (Black)
Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)
I have been using these headphones recently with my iPod touch running the new 3.0 software update, and I would have to say that I am mostly happy with the results. The two pair up really easy, I just leave the bluetooth on on the iPod and all I have to do is press power on the headphones and then play once to connect, and play once more to hear music. The range is fantastic, I plug my iPod into the computer at work when the battery is low and I can walk all over the mailroom floor with no interruptions. One thing I do enjoy is the nice deep bass these provide. I am sort of a bass junky though and others may find it a bit too much.
My complaints would have to be that 1.) I am not to fond of the shape and size of them. The headband sits behind the cups and it feels like they are always going to fall off your head, and they are pretty big. 2.) Not all the functions work with the iPod Touch. I can use play and pause, as well as volume adjustment. However I can not skip songs. I believe this is an issue with the iPod software/hardware rather than the the headphones though because when I used them on an iPod nano and classic with the dongle they worked great, and you could even navigate the menus and everything. 3.) Occasionally they will cut out and it sounds a bit like a CD skipping but nothing so sever that I am upset by it. 4.) They are hot. The leather(?) around the ear cups fits really well and keeps the sound of my rather noisy job out, but they keep the heat in just as well, and often I have to take them off because they simply get too warm. Lastly I kind of wish they had a mic built in so I could pair them with my phone, but this is not really a complaint more than it is just a wish.
I hope this review was helpful and I do recommend these headphones to anyone looking for a great set of bluetooth headphones. Thank You.

JayBird Sportsband Bluetooth Headphones (Midnight Black) Review

JayBird Sportsband Bluetooth Headphones (Midnight Black)
Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)
I bought these for my girlfriend, as her old headphones were pretty much dead. She has an iTouch and does quite a bit of running. Her old headphones were wired, in-ear, headband style. She liked the headband style, but didn't like the in-ear. Sweat would get constantly get into them and short out the ear pieces, not to mention that the in-ear design would hurt her ears.
After looking around, these were one of two i was considering (the other was wired). I decided I wanted to get her a wireless set, as the iTouch has Bluetooth. After about 3 months of use, I'm glad I got her these. She loves the wireless, and they are so much more comfortable than the in ear. I've used them once or twice, and I have to say that the sound is amazing (FYI - I like my music as much as the next guy, but I'm no audiophile). Also, the battery life on these is awesome. She really doesn't charge them at all, just turns them off when not in use.
Her only problems with them are that the foam ear pieces get sweaty (which according to her isn't really an issue, just an observation), and although they stay in place while running, have a tendency to move or even fall off when doing weights, especially on the bench. However, according to her these 'issues' are written off by how much she loves them. One other thing that I was disappointed about: I wanted a pouch for these so that they wouldn't get ruined in her gym bag, and I was a little disappointed that I had to purchase it separately.
So, in conclusion:
Pros:
- Comfortable
- Great Sound
- Secure (while running)
Cons:
- Sweaty ear pieces
- Tendency to fall off while lifting weights
- Doesn't come with a pouch (purchased separately)
Overall, we are both very satisfied with this. I'll probably be getting myself a pair as well! As a user of these, my girlfriend is very happy, and it solves all the problems she had with her old set. As a purchaser, I'm glad that the money was well spent. :-)

JBL Ref 610 Over the Ear Wireless Headphone (Black) Review

JBL Ref 610 Over the Ear Wireless Headphone (Black)
Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)
I purchased these direct from Harman Kardon. I was worried because I have tried several Bluetooth headphones such as Logitech and Jabra.. I returned them both... for reasons of sound quality, fit, and issues with static or dropped signals.
I've owned the JBL 610 (made by Harman Kardon FYI) for a week now. They are AWESOME! Here's why:
1. They are designed for use with iPod's (4th Gen) and they work very well as they come with the needed Bluetooth adaptor for your iPod.
2. Build quality is out standing. They feel sturdy and solid
3. These headphones are super comfortable as I ahve worn them for hours on end.
4. THIS IS HUGE... the controls on the JBL610's work flawlessly to not only navigate your iPod but they navigate Windows Media Player 11!!! I can skip songs, play pause and control volume all on the headphones without ever touching the computer.
5. These headphones have no static, no dropping out (I run a ton of wireless stuff including WiFi, and Bluetooth keyboard and mouse)
6. These head phones when used with the optional 3.5mm jack sound PHENOMENAL!!! Hi fidelity sound that's like having $1000 JBL's or Harman Kardon's strapped to your ears...(caution these things can play very loud)
7. If you want to use them without the Bluetooth feature you can use the included wired cable to connect them to ANY audio device with a 3.5MM jack. So they are versatile... this comes in super handy when the batteries run out.
8. Battery life is decent. I get about 16 hours out of them.
9. They paired easily with my HP DV5t laptop... though windows vista doesn't make it clear how to set them up, here is some help: Make Vista auto-switch between Bluetooth audio and your normal soundcard when the Bluetooth headphones are switched off Go to Control Panel -> Hardware and Sound -> Manage audio devices and Bluetooth audio is treated as two virtual soundcards with a single speaker output each - one for HSP and one for A2DP. If you can't see two Bluetooth 'soundcards' in the Playback tab, right-click and ensure that 'Show disabled devices' and 'Show disconnected devices' are both ticked. No sound will come out of your Bluetooth headphones until you set them as the default playback device even if they show as connected, so it's important to complete this step. Click the soundcard you want to use when your Bluetooth headset is disconnected and click Set Default then Apply. Then click Bluetooth Stereo Audio, Set Default and Apply again. Vista will handily remember the last default soundcard you chose, so that when your Bluetooth headset is disconnected, playback will automatically revert back to your normal soundcard. When your headset is reconnected, playback will automatically be redirected into it. This way, you don't have to keep changing the default playback device all the time. Bluetooth Stereo Audio and Bluetooth Hands-free Audio only appear in the Playback tab of this window when the headphones are connected. When you turn them off, the Bluetooth playback devices will disappear and the default will revert to your preferred soundcard. To get music to actually play via Bluetooth, you typically have to stop and restart the current track on your media player. In Winamp, pausing isn't good enough, you literally have to click Stop then Play to get the music to stream properly; this is because it will keep streaming into the normal default soundcard until it realizes the default has been changed. Some audio applications may require you to restart them altogether. (Source: http://www.djkaty.com/vista/bluetootha2dp vista has fixed much of the issues described in this article for new Bluetooth enabled PC's)
Now for the CONS:
1. Battery takes 3 hours to fully charge...
2. As I mentioned in Wireless sound quality does not live up to the high fidelity that this brand of head phones demand... this isn't to fault them... as no Bluetooth headset can match Hi fidelity wired audio. (However, this is the only Bluetooth headphone I know of that can convert to using a wired 3.5mm jack.)

Sony DRBT101/BLK Over-the-Head Style Stereo Bluetooth Headset
Average Reviews:

I am by no means an audiophile, but I was very impressed with these headphone from Sony. As others have said the Bass is by no means deep, but it is acceptable for headphones. Music listening was a joy with these as I was able to move around my house and still be connected (Isn't Bluetooth great). My main reason for getting them was to listen to movies and TV on my desktop and laptop, the pairing was a cinch with both of my computers. The sound quality was very good for both movies and TV, there was also no lag that I noticed between the headphone sound and the actors lips (sometimes happens with wireless things). The fit of these headphones was perfect for my head, they fit snugly but not too tight, they stayed put with movement (Standing, walking, head bobbing to music). Overall I am very happy with these Sony Bluetooth Headphones, I would recommend these to anyone looking for a nice low cost wireless alternative for use with a PC.

Altec Lansing 903 BackBeat Headphones Review

Altec Lansing 903 BackBeat Headphones
Average Reviews:

Overall a good product. It works just fine as long as you have at least one wall close to you, inside a room or out on the street. Sound quality is good, earphones fit very comfortably on one's head, they are light, durable, well designed. A quality headset that can be put to a good use as hands free headset inside the house or office.
The only problem is if you intend to use this product while running, you will have to put it on an arm wrist. Keeping a (Google Nexus One) phone in a pocket while listening to music will result in too many audio interruptions - every few seconds the sound mutes then comes back. I suspect this has little to do with the product itself but more with the Bluetooth specifications. I have experienced similar problem with a completely different pair of Bluetooth devices before.

i.Sound Duophone for iPod Nano 2nd and 3rd Generation (Silver/Black) Review

My husband got me these for my birthday. You just stick your ipod in one side and put on the headphones. He got them because they are cordless, I wear my ipod when I'm cleaning and was complaining about getting the cord caught on something. I like them because they don't need batteries and don't have a cord. The sound quality is fine but I just listen to podcasts so I can't comment on it much. What I don't like about the headphones is I feel kind of dorky walking around with big headphones with my ipod stuck in them. But I just wear them around the house so no big deal. I also don't like it because I have to take them off and on to adjust my ipod. But overall, the positives of no cords or batteries to deal with outweigh the negatives.

I use this when I do my 1.5 acre yard. With good in-ear earbuds the sound is great, and I don't have to worry about a cord being ripped out of my iPhone and damaging it. I can also put the iPhone in a sealed ziploc bag so it's completely safe from rain, perspiration, or accidents with the water hose. Accessory Genie great to do business with too. Previous good service has made me a repeat customer.

Sony Wireless Bluetooth Transmitter and Headphones for Ipod Review

Sony Wireless Bluetooth Transmitter and Headphones for Ipod
Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)
I've tried countless stereo (A2DP profile) Bluetooth headsets and this one stands out from all the others for several reasons. Other than being a tiny bit flimsy feeling, this headset takes the prize for just working, virtually all of the time, for the common use cases for a wireless headset: 1) Listening to music/podcasts throughout the house/office 2) taking and making calls seamlessly and untethered, and 3) as a PC/Mac headset and headphone (and yes, it works great with Skype).
Here's how the DR-BT22IK/B breaks down:
PROS:
- The included iPod/iPhone dongle to add A2DP (stereo Bluetooth profile) to the Apple device requires no battery or charging, it actually draws enough power from the device itself through the dock connection. And it does NOT increase the rate of power drain noticeably. Just one less device to charge, an incredible feature by itself. And it's tiny, the smallest A2DP transmitter I've seen.
- Works just fine with the iPhone 3G, though you'll get a message that it wasn't designed to work with it. But it does with no problems.
- Sound quality and loudness is excellent for a wireless headset. Surprisingly, the bass sounds the best I've heard on a Bluetooth headset. Trebles have the typical limitation of these headsets and sounds slightly muddy, as it does on all the others. Lesson: The tremendous potential convenience of Bluetooth is still a trade-off on sound quality.
- Can pair with up to 8 devices at a time and comes pre-paired with the A2DP dongle. Had no trouble with pairing with my iPhone as a headset (not a headphone, which requires the dongle) or my Mac.
- The working distance between the headset and device is about the best I've seen. I can put 3 walls in between myself and the iPhone and music streams fine as long as I stay within the recommended 30 feet.
- Best feature: When a call comes in on the iPhone, the music fades out automatically and a quick tap of the multi-function button on the headset switches to the Bluetooth transmitter in the phone. The call can then be conducted seamlessly through the headset. Music starts right back up on the dongle as soon as the call is over. This is priceless in terms of ease of use and convenience and shows the real promise of Bluetooth technology; you can just jump in and out of calls all day while listening to an iPod or Pandora on the iPhone with total ease.
- Controls are easy to access and are laid out nicely. They all have a nice, solid tactile feedback.
- The comfort is extremely good, can be worn for long periods of time without issue.
- Listening/talk time is very good at 11 hours, which is longer than an entire work day. I've not run out of power yet when I needed it.
CONS:
- The headset feels flimsy because of its fold-up design. However, the looseness of the hinges actually means its very comfortable and malleable on the head.
- Really needs a hard-case to protect it. Putting this in your pocket risks breaking the hinges.
- Switching to PC mode makes it hard to back to iPhone mode without repairing (which is a 5 second process).
Note: This bundle is different than the regular DR-BT22 product. Make sure you buy the DR-BT22IK/B to get the matching iPod/iPhone dongle, the pairing is what really makes the headphone shine.
